Senior Consultant

Educational Qualification:

Graduation in any stream (Commerce background preferred).

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in:

Accounting

Labour law compliances such as ESIC, PF, and Licensing of Establishments

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis)

Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Good knowledge of statutory compliances

Other Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Candidate must be willing and able to travel to other states for client meetings

Ability to manage client relationships and provide compliance solutions

Job Responsibilities:

Handle client accounts and maintain accurate records

Ensure timely compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements

Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation

Conduct client visits (including outstation visits) to provide consultancy services

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Junior Consultant (Training)

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) — 1st preference will be given to students currently in their 6th semester.

Eligibility:

Only for fresher candidates (no prior work experience required).

Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, internet usage).

Good communication skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist senior consultants in training sessions and client coordination.

Support in preparing training materials and documentation.

Handle basic data entry and reporting tasks.

Coordinate with team members for smooth project execution.
